According to Sky News, a group of youths in Manchester have broken shop windows, stolen alcohol and set fires before throwing bricks at police.
Police in riot gear are trying to get the crowds to disperse.

In a bid to thwart off another wave of looting , unrest and riots in London, Metro Police are dispatching 13000 police officers to the London area for the next 24 hours.
This information comes from the twitter account of Scotland Yard.
Officers from other orces will be assisting the Met in trying to curb any outbreaks of violence or unrest.
Riots and unrest have consumed parts of the UK since Saturday after a protest over the death of Mark Duggan escalated.

If it started on social networks, looks like it will end on Social networks.
Twitter has been calling for riot cleanups this morning in a bid to stop the rioting.
Another wave of crime hit parts of london last night with Clapham Junction and Croydon taking the brunt of it.
In Birmingham, more shops were looted and fires started and in Liverpool, Leeds and Bristol, sporadic violence and fires were started.
Other areas of London saw more violence and unrest, Lewisham, Croydon, Peckham, Enfield, Walthamstow, Brixton and Wood Green saw sparks of unrest.
Police have apparently detained more than 100 people already in the riots aftermath.
