August 11th, 2011While no further reports on unrest have surfaced during the night, police are getting ready to raid and arrest identified looters and trouble makers from stills taken from cctv cameras.
To date more than 1000 people have been arrested for their part in the riots and a handful have already been charged, with some swift justice being dealt in certain areas. In Manchester some people had already been sentenced less than 24 hours after the Manchester Riots took place.
A young unanmed 11-year-old girl that was charged with criminal damage in the disturbances in the Nottingham area has been given a nine-month referral order by the courts. She was taken into custody on Tuesday evening after breaking windows at a New Look store in the city centre.
